how can I order a completely custom piece?

shipping information
Denmark
It takes about 1-4 business days after the shipment is made and shipped out. You get a tracking order ;)
shipping within EU
It takes about 4-14 business days after the shipment is made and shipped out. You get a tracking order ;)
International shipping
It takes about 10-14 business days after the shipment is made and shipped out. excl. customs, if there are any. You get a tracking order ;)
Artalette is not liable for any customs that may apply. Please check your countries taxes and other charges collected on imported and exported goods.
what materials do you use?
For most pieces, I use silver metal clay that turns into solid 999 silver after firing. Then, i solder on 925 silver jump rings ect.
For other pieces that are casted ( like the star and window charm) , they are availabe in 925 silver or bronze.
Rings are made from 925 silver for better durability.
For gold options contact me.
999 vs 925
999 silver is fine silver, which means it has fewer alloys added to it, makes it resistant to tarnishing, but makes it more prone to scratching because it is softer.
925 silver is sterling silver, which means it has other alloys added to it, that makes it more durable, but tarnishes easier because of it.
What about gold?
The reason why you do not see any gold pieces on my site is - it is a very expensive material to work with.
However, I am always down to do a piece in gold if someone wants it! if you want a gold piece, we can discuss the options - gold plating or solid gold. After the payment is made -the production will start ;)
How big or heavy is piece "blank"?
Since each piece is handmade the size and weight can slightly vary each time. You can email me or send me a message on Instagram for the exact measurements.
If you need a specific size for the bale, for example, that can be customized to your needs. ;)
I love the logo! How did it come to be?
The design was created by @ancient.spiral by taking my star pendent design and the idea of little nameless creatures. :))
workshop vs private event
Workshops are open to anyone and are held on a set date. I announce all my community workshop dates via Instagram. You can purchase the tickets through my Instagram where I like the hosts' website. :)
Private events are events you can book for yourself and a group of people you know. Please refer to the "Private Events " page for more information

Care instructions
It is recommended that you remove your jewelry before sleeping, exercising, showering, bathing, or swimming and keep it out of the bathroom and shower area. Store in a dry and dark place. Keep your jewelry clean by polishing it with an anti-tarnish cloth before and after use.
Imperfections
All items in my shop are hand-sculpted so just remember that there can be small "imperfections" , but it tells a story :) Contact me if you want more details!
Repairs
If there is anything that breaks on your piece purchaced from Artalette, repairs can be arranged.
Please send an email with a picture of the damage and a description.
In case of a simple break the cost is likely free of charge, you only have to deliver the piece to me. :)
If the damage is bad there might be a small fee to cover the materials.
Consumer rights
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act all purchases are covered by a 2 year warranty.
The warranty does not include defects from negligent use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
If you are unhappy with your piece or it breaks for another reason please get in touch via email.
Return policy
The Consumer has 14 days to notify me of a withdrawal.
This only applies to unused products in their original condition.
Artalette is not responsible for any lost packages. Once it arrives the piece will be checked before determining if this is eligible for a return.
The consumer must pay the costs for transporting the product back to me safely.
